LIFE’S LITTLE TREASURES FOUNDATION FUNDRAISER

Firstly thank you for looking into being a part of this amazing project and fundraiser, our aim is to raise $10,000 for Life’s Little Treasures Foundation as well as bringing awareness through pictures and stories.

Your $75 donation will go directly to Life’s Little Treasures Foundation and for that you will receive a professional portrait experience for your family as well as $250 to put towards purchasing artwork for your home. A selected image from the shoot along with part of your story will then be showcased on the ‘Stories of Life’s Little Treasures’ web page.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Copyright: All photographs taken by Photography by Michelle [Australia] are protected in Australia by the Copyright Act 1968 and by applicable legislation in other jurisdictions. All rights are reserved.

Model Release: Should I be successful in my application, I give Photography by Michelle [Australia] and Life’s Little Treasures Foundation the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me or reproduction hereof in colour or otherwise, made through any and all media known for illustration, art, promotion or advertising. I also relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used.

1. All successful applications donate $75.00 per family which will be a 100% direct donation to Life’s Little Treasures Foundation. This is non-refundable and non-transferable 2. The donation amount does not include the supply of any images but does include a $250 credit towards printing of the images captured at your session. Images captured during your session will be available for purchase at your viewing session. 3. Only one viewing session per photoshoot can be allocated. 4. Only one photo shoot will be allocated per family booked.
